Tempe Marketplace brings in 4 new tenants

Tempe Marketplace announced July 18 that it is adding four new tenants to the popular shopping and entertainment district, welcoming Sam’s Club, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Happy Beauty and Enclave Salon Suites.

This summer, The District at Tempe Marketplace already welcomed new brands J. Crew Factory, Pandora and Rowan, bringing the center to nearly 100% leased, according to a press release.

Occupying approximately 150,000 square feet throughout the marketplace, the newly announced tenants will begin opening to the public this fall, with Sam’s Club slated to be completed in the summer of 2025, the release explained. The wholesale warehouse store is officially under construction.

Nothing Bundt Cakes is expected to open this fall, and Enclave Salon Suites has completed about 85% of construction and is slated to open by the end of the year. Beauty retailer Happy Beauty is scheduled to open by the end of 2025, according to the release.
