OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLA (KOKH) — In March of 2023, we reported on an armed robbery of a USPS mail carrier in Stillwater. A month later, on April 17, 2023, the United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS) Inspectors tracked and observed an individual unlocking mailboxes with a stolen "Arrow Key," removing U.S. mail, and placing the mail in a trash bag in Edmond before attempting to get away.
