GrowTH Club programs begins at Terre Haute Farmers Market

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – The Terre Haute Farmers Market is holding a new program for kids called the GrowTH Club. It will take place every Saturday until August 24th.

The club will feature different activities each week focused on nutrition and physical activity, such as the blender bike smoothie they showcased today.

Participants under the age of 18 will receive a $3 voucher which they can spend at the vendor of their choice. This comes as a partnership from the farmers market with Purdue extension and the health department.

The market is located at the Meadows parking lot on Poplar Street and runs from 8 a.m. until noon.
