Police arrest woman on charge of attacking disabled person at rehab
SOMERS – State Police have arrested a 51-year-old Dover woman on charges of endangering the welfare of an incompetent of physically disabled person as a felony. Investigation determined that Jossette F. Thompson, while employed at The Paramount at Somers Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, allegedly physically attacked a disabled resident of the facility.
