Officials identify teen killed in weekend ATV crash
IDAHO FALLS — A teen who died from a crash which happened in Teton County over the weekend has been identified. Bonneville County Coroner Rick Taylor said he was Michael Hernandez Parra, 14, of Victor. The family has been notified. Taylor said he died due to a traumatic head injury. He added that Michael was the driver.
Teton Pass closed due to major slide; alternative routes suggested into Jackson Hole
BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — The main gateway road into Jackson Hole from the west, Teton Pass, is closed after a major road failure. Idaho Department of Transportation said in a press release with Governor Little that they are continuing to assist the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) as they continue to work on cleanup and search for a temporary way around the slide zone.
