Hot tea spill permanently burns woman’s hand, new Dunkin’ lawsuit says
HILLSIDE — In the latest hot spill lawsuit against Dunkin' in New Jersey, a Union County woman claims she suffered severe and permanent burns on her hand due to negligence. Essence Springer bought a hot mint tea at the Dunkin' drive-thru on Liberty Avenue in Hillside on Dec. 17, 2023, according to the lawsuit filed last week.

Abbott have announced that authorities have charged a teacher in connection with an assault on an 11-year-old student at the Mt. Carmel Guild Academy on Valley Way in West Orange. A 6-month-old girl died after she was left alone in a parked vehicle in East Hanover, prosecutors said, as heat and high temperatures soared Wednesday afternoon.
