Every visit to Texas Roadhouse is an experience filled with enthusiasm and fun, especially if you're celebrating a birthday with a chance to ride a bull and sing along! The atmosphere is always buzzing, and the steaks, particularly the New York Strip and Ribeye, are my go-to choices. Ordering them medium well is my usual preference, but opting for medium can make them even more tender. Don't forget to top your steak with mushrooms and onions for that extra flavor kick! Each steak comes with two sides, and I highly recommend the baked sweet potatoes and the house salad.
The portions here are generous to say the least, and I often find myself taking leftovers home. While the place can get a bit loud and the wait times might stretch a bit long during peak hours, the quality of the food makes it worth the wait. The free dinner rolls and a bag of nuts they offer while you wait are absolutely mouthwatering and keep you busy. However, it's worth noting that some visits can be hit or miss, as I've heard from some diners about less than perfect meat preparations on busy nights. Despite this, the overall experience keeps many, including myself, coming back for more. Just remember to plan ahead if you're visiting during the busy hours!
