Parts of Kemp and Call Field intersection to be closed

WICHITA FALLS ( KFDX/KJTL ) — Due to water main break repairs, parts of the Kemp and Call Field intersection will be closed beginning on Tuesday evening, July 16, starting at 7 p.m.

The right-hand lane of eastbound traffic on Call Field will be closed at Kemp Boulevard in front of Stripes. The right-hand turn lane onto Kemp will remain open to traffic, as will the left-hand lane.

This lane closure will safely allow City Water Distribution crews to repair a water main break.

City officials said in a press release that as soon as the repairs are completed, the eastbound lanes will reopen.
