WICHITA FALLS ( KFDX/KJTL ) — A man with a lengthy arrest history in Wichita Falls is back behind bars after police said he exposed himself to a woman and her three children while they were walking on Sunday night.

Zachary Blaine Langford, 30, of Wichita Falls, was initially booked into the Wichita County Jail on Sunday, July 21, 2024, on a charge of indecent exposure and a citation for public intoxication, with a bond set at $2,500.

Since Langford has been jailed, however, three additional felony counts of indecency with a child by exposure have been added, according to the Wichita County Jail roster. Each of those three charge carries a recommended bond of $20,000.

According to the arrest affidavit, officers with the Wichita Falls Police Department responded to the 2200 block of Broad Street on Sunday, July 21, at about 8:40 p.m. about an indecent exposure. The call notes stated a subject had exposed himself to a woman and her three children.

The victim told police she was walking with her children on 23rd Street on Sunday night, and at the intersection of Broad and 23rd, Langford approached her from behind and asked if he could help walk her children.

The victim said after she told Langford “No”, he said he could “help her make another one”, then pulled down his shorts and exposed himself to the woman and her three children.
