WICHITA FALLS ( KFDX/KJTL ) — A man placed on probation in 2023 after hundreds of Xanax and Ecstasy pills and numerous other drugs were seized from his apartment is back in jail after authorities say he violated probation by using drugs and alcohol.

Prosecutors filed a motion to revoke Justin Harmon’s probation, and he is being held without bond.

In addition to admitting use of alcohol or drugs on on several occasions, they say Harmon also failed to obtain his drug evaluation and mental health assessment and traveled out of Wichita County without prior approval.

They are seeking a prison term of not less than two or more than five years.

He was arrested in 2018 when Wichita Falls police said they found numerous narcotics and guns during a drug bust in the 5300 block of Professional Drive. That included hundreds of Xanax and Ecstasy pills they say were packaged for individual sale, along with dozens of individual bags of marijuana and cartridges of THC oil.

When he pleaded guilty, four other drug charges were dismissed.

Harmon also had an aggravated kidnapping charge in 2019 dismissed. Police say he and another man had a gun and kidnapped a man’s sister because he owed Harmon money.

They say they used the victim’s phone to call her brother and threatened to kill her.
