    City of Henrietta rescinds ‘Boil Water Notice’

    HENRIETTA ( KFDX/KJTL ) — On September 6, the City of Henrietta issued a Boil Water Notice to its customers due to a major leak repair and possible contaminants or interruption in service.

    The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) system has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore the water safety quality.

    Testing indicates that as of September 10, water no longer requires boiling.
