WICHITA FALLS ( KFDX/KJTL ) — In what they call the biggest fashion event in Wichita Falls, Meals on Wheels Wichita County is gearing up for its 8th Fashion Night Out since 2012.

Fashion Night Out is Thursday, October 10 at 6 p.m. at The Forum .

Robin Cook, an event volunteer, spoke of the impact this event has on the organization it supports.

“It’s a really great night of, like, fun, fashion, and community,” Cook said. “It is Meals on Wheels Wichita County, so they’ve expanded their reach, which I think is amazing. And what it means for them is the dollars to deliver meals.”

Meals on Wheels delivers meals to elderly, disabled, or shut-in community members.

With participants such as Annie Jewel and Charlies, The Containery, Mik’s, Regeneration, and Tangles Salon, Cook said she knows it will be a beautiful event with lots of fashion to see.

Tickets can be purchased online . There are also sponsorships available ranging from $500 to $10,000.
