Petrolia without water, boil water notice in effect once restored

PETROLIA ( KFDX/KJTL ) — The City of Petrolia is without water due to a water line breakage.

According to city officials on Friday, September 27, 2024, crews are working to get this water line fixed.

Officials said the water should be turned back on by Friday evening but said they will update residents if that changes.

Once the water has been turned back on, a boil notice will go into effect immediately until Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2024, due to labs being closed on weekends.
