High School Football: Childress @ City View

The City View Mustangs hosted the Childress Bobcats for a Week 5 football game this week.

During last week’s game, the City View Mustangs shut out the Iowa Park Hawks, with the Mustangs’ defense allowing just 10 points a game.

But what about the Mustangs’ offense? Well, they’ve been explosive! Malachi Williams and Desmond Whiteside combined for five touchdowns in that game.

These teams last met on the field in 2005, and Childress won with a score of 32-0. But the past is the past, and as we’ve seen from the explosive offense offered by Whiteside and Williams in the Mustangs’ lineup this season, Childress might have their work cut out for them.

City View gets the win over Childress 41-25.
