Frank Edward James, who has a lengthy criminal record, is charged with burglary of Mr. Bob’s Parts and Service on Oct. 3, 2024.

    Vacant call center burglar sentenced

Officers said an employee told them James walked into the parts department and took a belt with $700 worth of tools. The employee called the police and followed James, and the police found them on 12th Street.

An officer got a description of some of the tools from the employee and asked James if he had a tool belt, but James said he did not. The officer then looked in James’ backpack and said he immediately found the tools described by the employee.

Jail records show James has 25 arrests for thefts or burglaries and 10 for violation of parole or probation.
