Thicken Nugget the cat has joined the swim team at the Canine Aquatic Center in Evansville, Indiana. Thicken Nugget was surrendered to the Vanderburgh Humane Society weighing 30 pounds (13.6 kg), about double his healthy weight. People have rallied around him to ensure he gets healthy and will continue living a happy life. He will be available for adoption after he reaches his goal weight, which is 15 pounds (6.8 kg).
