On 5-7-2024 at approximately 9:13pm calls came in for a 2 vehicle accident on Eastbound Highway 4 at the interstate 680 interchange. Upon arrival 2 vehicles were on left hand shoulder blocking the #1 lane. Driver of the chrysler was transported to the hospital with minor injuries. The driver of the truck was unharmed. The truck hit unknown substance in the roadway, causing the truck to spin out and hit the center divide. Cause of Crash is under investigation by California Highway Patrol
