Vehicle Crashes into Police car. On 8-9-2024 at approximately 4:15 pm calls came in for a 3 vehicle accident including a police car from the Richmond Police Department on Westbound Highway 4 at the San Marco On-Ramp.Upon arrival of emergency crews all occupants were out of the vehicle. 1 patient of the infinity was transported for minor injuries. No officers were hurt in the crash.Speed may have been a factor but is not yet confirmed. The Crash is under investigation by the CHP
