Ingram gives thoughts on shooting at justice center

Monroe County Mayor Mitch Ingram shared his thoughts concerning the shooting that took place recently at the Monroe County Justice Center.

Ingram’s comments follow the events that took place on Aug. 2 when an individual fired several shots in the Monroe County Justice Center parking lot before attempting to make his way into the building.
