    CCBOE to destroy special education records

    The Covington County Board of Education is scheduled to destroy special education records on June 3, 2024. Records set to be destroyed are those of students born in 1998. Parents of a child or a former student aged 26, in Covington County Schools, born in 1998, may pick up records at the Covington County Board of Education from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, May 20 through May 30, 2024.

    If unable to pick up records, you may request them by sending a written authorization to release the records to: Mrs. Kelly McCollough; Special Education Coordinator; Covington County Schools; 807 C.C. Baker Ave.; Andalusia, AL 36420.

    The letter should include a current mailing address and phone number. For more information, call 334-427-3819.
