    Hurricane Helene caused nearly every business in the Augusta area to temporarily shut down. While lack of resources has been a major anxiety among residents, Augusta Mayor Garnett Johnson reassured people during a press conference Sunday that there’s plenty of food, water, and gas, they just need to get businesses turned back on and reopened.

    So what’s available? Below is a list of restaurants, gas stations, supermarkets and other stores open in the area.

    So the QuikTrip off exit 5 in North Augusta has gas. It had a line but it moved fast me and my nephew wasn’t in line no longer than 20 minutes if that. And the staff was outside helping direct the traffic coming in and going out.

    yea if you have cash and gas to get there. Many like myself only carry debit cards. My son waited over an hour to get gas only supreme left and 25 dollar limit and price jacked up to 5 dollars a gallon. This is ridiculous
