Metzgar presents citation to Lorraine Crouse

Delegate Ric Metzgar presented a Maryland House of Delegates citation to Lorraine Crouse in honor of her 91st birthday at the Essex Senior Center.

Ms. Crouse has the proud honor and distinction of being a member of the Kenwood High School Class of 1951 and the 20th graduating class after the school opened in 1931 at the original location at 6700 Kenwood Avenue in Rosedale.

Metzgar fulfilled a promise that he had a surprise for her for her birthday which is October 6. Ms. Crouse stays young by living an active lifestyle at the Essex Senior Center, going on bus trips, playing bingo and listening to country music.

Delegate Metzgar is also a Kenwood graduate of the Class of 1973 and a member of the Kenwood High School Hall of Fame in the government category.
