    2024 Paris Olympics

    USA 1:30 p.m.

Paris might not be known for its beaches, but the French know how to move sand around. The Men’s Beach Volleyball Gold Final will finally settle which nation takes home the gold and earns bragging rights for the next four years. Silver is nice, too.

    Sophie’s Choice

    TCM 5 p.m.

A young writer (Peter MacNicol) moves to Brooklyn, N.Y., and becomes friends with Sophie (Meryl Streep), a Holocaust survivor, and her boyfriend, Nathan (Kevin Kline). Flashbacks reveal her terrifying story as Sophie and Nathan’s relationship unravels.

    Casino

    AMC 5:30 p.m.

From director Martin Scorsese, this epic crime drama from 1995 follows a New York bookie (Robert De Niro) and his pal (Joe Pesci) as they turn a Las Vegas casino into a massive empire, only to be brought down by a money-hungry wife (Sharon Stone).
