Urgent Appeal: Over 100 Cats Need Foster Homes at St. Joseph County Humane Society

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. - The Humane Society of St. Joseph County is urgently seeking foster homes for a significant influx of rescued cats and kittens.
