SOUTH BEND, Ind. — Georgia, a delightful one-and-a-half-year-old black Labrador, is searching for her forever home. This spirited pup is brimming with energy and loves nothing more than playing with squeaky stuffed animals. Georgia’s ideal home would feature a spacious yard or an owner who enjoys staying active with runs or long walks.

Despite her boundless energy, Georgia is well-mannered and knows how to sit on command. She accepts treats with great gentleness and may initially be a bit shy with new people, but she quickly warms up to those around her. Georgia is friendly with everyone, including other dogs and cats, making her an excellent candidate for a family or as a loyal companion.

Georgia is in excellent health: she’s up-to-date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, and spayed/neutered. Her adoption fee is just $25, thanks to the Bissell Pet Foundation, making it a great time to bring this lovable lab into your home.
