Opportunity Knocks: Box Factory for the Arts Seeks Talent for 2025 Exhibitions

St. Joseph, Mich. — The Box Factory for the Arts is opening its doors to fresh talent, announcing its call for applications for the 2025 Gallery Exhibition Series. Artists with a vision and a voice are encouraged to submit proposals by September 15 for a chance to showcase their work in this vibrant community hub.

With four distinct galleries spanning three levels, The Box Factory offers a unique platform for both solo and group exhibitions. Whether you’re an artist looking to make your individual mark or wish to collaborate on a themed group show, all forms of media are welcome. Each exhibit will run for six weeks, allowing ample time for the community to engage with and appreciate the art on display.

Artists from specific Michigan and Indiana counties will receive preference, underscoring the gallery’s commitment to nurturing local talent. These counties include Allegan, Berrien, Cass, Kalamazoo, St. Joseph, Van Buren, Barry, Kent, Ottawa, and Muskegon in Michigan, and Lake, Porter, La Porte, St. Joseph, and Elkhart in Indiana.

Selected applicants will be notified by October 15, with expectations set for the majority of exhibited works to be available for sale, supporting both the artists and The Box Factory, which operates as a non-profit.
