UPDATE: Both 82-year-old River Edge women with dementia have been found

A pair of missing 82-year-old River Edge women have been found, authorities said on Tuesday afternoon.

"UPDATE: Both parties have been located. Thank you for all your assistance," the River Edge PBA Local 201 posted on social media. No further information on where they found and their conditions was provided.

Local and state police had issued a silver alert for the missing women on Monday.

Margo Nelson and Gail Soehnlein had last seen leaving their residence on Bogert Road in River Edge at 7:30 a.m. on Monday in a car. Nelson suffers from dementia and Soehnlein has a heart condition and early onset dementia, the post read.
