    VOTE for the North Jersey Football Team of the Week for Week 4

    After another thrilling week of the high school football season, it's time to look back on the top team performances and vote for the best one.

    Read about the teams that stood out last week and let us know which one should be the North Jersey Team of the Week for Week 4 in the poll at the bottom of this page.

    Voting closes at 5 p.m. Thursday.

    Bergen Catholic

    The Crusaders (4-1) won North Jersey’s No. 1 rivalry game with a 24-20 victory over Don Bosco. Dominic Campanile threw for 170 yards, with TD passes to Dante Kain and Bryan Porter. Benjamin Carey returned a fumble 16 yards for a TD, and Guy Bartolomeo kicked a 41-yard field goal in the fourth for a 24-14 lead.

    Dwight Morrow

    The Maroon Raiders (1-2-1) registered their first win in resounding fashion, 38-0, over Kennedy. It marks their first victory as an NJSIAA playoff-eligible team since 2019, after they spent the last four seasons in the Super Football Conference’s developmental Ivy Division and won that division crown last year.

    Fair Lawn

    The Cutters (4-0) are unbeaten in September for the second consecutive year thanks to a 34-13 win over Memorial (WNY). Ty Christianson threw for 122 yards, featuring TD passes of 46 yards to Zack Argueta and 58 yards to Nick Shahinian. Christianson and Shahinian ran for TDs as the hosts scored 34 consecutive points.

    Glen Rock

    The Panthers (4-0) clinched the NJIC Liberty Division title and eliminated three-time defending conference champion Rutherford from the league playoffs with a 31-30 win. Nick Atme threw for 242 yards and three TDs and ran for a score. Mike Flaccavento caught two TD passes and kicked the game-winning 25-yard field goal.

    Passaic Tech

    The Bulldogs (5-0) won the battle of unbeatens against Ridgewood, 14-0, and gave 13 th -year coach Matt Demarest his 100 th career win. Ian McDuffie ran for a first-quarter TD and made a fourth-quarter interception to preserve a second consecutive shutout. Gabe Miles threw for 190 yards and ran for a score.

    Ramapo

    The Green Raiders (1-3) gave new coach and alum Nick Guttuso his first win, 24-14, at Montclair. Gino Gorga rushed for 77 yards and three TDs and made five tackles and two interceptions. Charlie Wingfield had four solo tackles, six assists and kicked three extra points, as well as a 24-yard field goal for a 17-14 lead.

    Ridgefield Park

    The Scarlets (1-3) earned their first win by defeating longtime rival Tenafly, 31-6. Versatile Kevin Velasquez filled in as a fourth-option wildcat quarterback and ran for 169 yards and five TDs and caught three passes for 43 yards. Velasquez also made eight tackles for a defense that did not allow a score until the final quarter.

    Wayne Valley

    The Indians (4-1) won their third consecutive game with a 26-21 victory over Hackensack. Danny Ferrauilo threw for 199 yards, featuring TD passes to Jeriah Cabrales and Darrius Rivers for a 20-0 second-quarter lead. Eli Estevez ran for 119 yards and two TDs, including a 9-yard score in the third for a 26-14 lead.
