    After another thrilling week of the high school football season, it's time to look back on the best performances.

    Read about the players who stood out last week and let us know who you think should be the North Jersey Player of the Week in the poll at the bottom of this page.

    Voting closes at 5 p.m. Thursday.

    Shawn Bellenger, Lyndhurst

    The senior completed 14 of 18 passes for 189 yards and two touchdowns in the Golden Bears' 52-0 win over Cresskill/Emerson.

    Dante Benvenuti, Passaic Valley

    The junior caught three passes for 89 yards and touchdown in the Hornets' 44-8 win over Millburn. He also made eight tackles and forced a fumble on defense, and kicked a field goal and five extra points.

    Alex Casserta, Waldwick/Midland Park

    The senior completed 8 of 9 passes for 181 yards and three touchdowns in the Warriors' 35-0 win over North Arlington.

    BJ Cunningham, St. Mary

    The senior caught two touchdown passes, and caught two two-point conversions, in the Gaels' 45-6 win over Bogota on Saturday.

    Aydin Deane, West Milford

    The junior completed 8 of 10 passes for 162 yards and two touchdowns, and ran 19 times for 143 yards and three touchdowns, in the Highlanders' 34-13 win over Mahwah.

    Eli Estevez, Wayne Valley

    The junior carried the ball 19 times for 119 yards and two touchdowns in the Indians' 26-21 win over Hackensack on Friday night.

    Mike Flaccavento, Glen Rock

    The senior caught two touchdown passes and kicked a 25-yard field goal in the Panthers' 31-30 win over Rutherford . His field goal provided the game-winning points as Glen Rock clinched a division title.

    Gino Gorga, Ramapo

    The junior rushed for more than 100 yards and scored three touchdowns in the Raiders' 24-14 win over Montclair. He also intercepted two passes and made five tackles on defense.

    Justin Griffin, Passaic

    The junior carried the ball 34 times for 210 yards and a touchdown in the Indians' 21-14 win over Teaneck. Passaic is 3-2 for the first time since 2009.

    Nolan James, DePaul

    The senior ran for four touchdowns in the Spartans' 55-28 win over Paramus Catholic. He scored twice in the third quarter to extend DePaul's lead from five points to 20.

    Reed Kauderer, Demarest

    The junior carried the ball 22 times for 145 yards and four touchdowns, and also added a 20-yard TD catch, in the Norsemen's 53-8 win over Indian Hills. He added a tackle and pass breakup on defense.

    Chris Kelm, River Dell

    The senior carried the ball eight times for 142 yards and two touchdowns in the Golden Hawks' 45-0 win over Morris Hills on Saturday.

    Evan Kuhl, Lodi

    The senior completed 9 of 12 passes for 181 yards and three touchdowns, and also ran for a score, in the Rams' 34-0 win over Palisades Park/Leonia.

    Andrew McDade, Ramsey

    The senior made six tackles, including three sacks, in the Rams' 21-14 win over Pascack Hills. Ramsey shut the Broncos out in the first half.

    Ian McDuffie, Passaic Tech

    The sophomore scored a touchdown and made a key interception in the Bulldogs' 14-0 win over Ridgewood in a battle of top-ranked teams in North Jersey.

    Naiim Parrish, Bergen Catholic

    The senior intercepted two passes in the Crusaders' 24-20 win over Don Bosco on Saturday . He's now three interceptions from breaking the program record (14) set by Joe Piela.

    Kevin Regula, Pascack Valley

    The senior carried the ball eight times for 149 yards and four touchdowns − all in the first half − in the Panthers' 48-14 win over Bergenfield.

    Collin Sabric, Lakeland

    The senior completed 12 of 18 passes for 146 yards and three touchdowns, and also ran for a score, in the Lancers' 29-7 win over Dover.

    Kevin Velasquez, Ridgefield Park

    The junior carried the ball 16 times for 169 yards and five touchdowns in the Scarlets' 31-6 win over Tenafly. On defense, he made eight tackles.
