    Moncks Corner Police Investigating Apartment Shooting

    MONCKS CORNER, S.C. – Police are investigating a shooting that took place Wednesday morning at a Moncks Corner apartment complex.

    According to the Moncks Corner Police Department, officers responded to the Northbridge Apartment Complex at 110 Northbridge Court around 11:30 a.m. following multiple shots fired.

    When MCPD and deputies with the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office arrived on scene, they located a person in an apartment suffering from a gunshot wound.

    Police said the victim was suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the torso. EMS transported the victim to an area hospital.

    No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing, according to police.
