The Country Garden Club of Perrysburg has selected eight different community projects to fund in 2024, the group announced Tuesday.

The awards range from $850 to $24,233 per project, with more than $48,000 in total funding to be provided, according to Karen Hinkson, Country Garden Club co-president.

The recipients are the Perrysburg Heights Community Association, the Hull Prairie Intermediate School RIPPLES project, Toledo GROWS, Bittersweet Farms, the Aurora Project, Fort Meigs, the 577 Foundation, and the Reuthinger Memorial Preserve.

The Country Garden Club will begin accepting applications for 2025 community projects beginning in October. Applications will be available at cgcperrysburg.com and are due in January.

The Country Garden Club’s Annual Trunk Show is the major fund-raiser for its community projects. The 2024 Trunk Show will be Oct. 1 and 2 at the Carranor Hunt & Polo Club in Perrysburg.
