Coroner's Rulings: 8/19

The Lucas County Coroner has ruled in the following deaths:

Alysha Hays, 34, of Toledo, Feb. 17, at home. Accidental, combined drug toxicity (4-ANPP, fentanyl, 7-aminoclonazepam, and 10-hydroxycarbazepine).

Jeanine Herring, 71, of Napoleon, March 29, at home. Accidental, blunt head trauma; deceased fell in extended-care facility.

Carol Hunt, 65, of Monroe, March 26, at Hospice in Sylvania. Accidental, complications of blunt-force head injury with subdural hematoma; deceased fell at home.

Debra Kelley, 70, of Toledo, March 23, at home. Accidental, blunt head trauma; deceased fell down stairs.

Matthew Kelly, 60, of Toledo, April 14, at Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental, acute and chronic subdural hemorrhage due to multiple falls.

Robert Lalonde, 38, of Toledo, April 1, at home. Suicide, self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.

Paul Mazuchowski, 54, of Toledo, Jan. 26, at home. Accidental, combined drug toxicity (cocaine and fentanyl).

Diane McGilvery, 78, of Delta, Ohio, April 5, at Hospice in Sylvania. Accidental, blunt head trauma; deceased fell at relative’s house.

Mark Meidt, 69, of Toledo, March 25, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio on South Detroit. Accidental, traumatic brain injury; deceased was struck by vehicle.

Gilbert Menough, 81, of Sylvania, March 28, at ProMedica Toledo Hospital. Accidental, blunt head trauma with subural hematoma; deceased fell.
