WORCESTER, Mass. — The Toledo Mud Hens had five pitchers combine for a four-hitter in a 6-0 win over the Worcester Red Sox on Saturday at Polar Park.

The Mud Hens have won three straight after dropping the first two in the six-game series.

Contributing in the four-hit bullpen game were: Mason Englert (two innings pitched), PJ Poulin (2 IP), Garrett Hill (2 IP), Devin Sweet (1 IP), and Miguel Diaz (2 IP). Poulin (1-0), the winning pitcher, allowed one hit and a walk and struck out one batter; Hill gave up two hits, and Diaz allowed one hit.

Offensively, Toledo put up three runs in the top of the first inning. Andrew Navigato hit his 20th home run of the season, plating Akil Baddoo as well, and Bligh Madris homered on the very next pitch, also off Worcester starter Justin Hagenman.

Oscar Mercado added an RBI single in the fourth inning to go up 4-0, and in the eighth inning, Anthony Bemboom had an RBI sacrifice fly and Eddys Leonard scored on a wild pitch.

Madris (2 for 3) and Bemboom (2 for 5, double) each had multi-hit games for the Mud Hens. Baddoo stole his 24th base of the season, and Madris notched his 20th steal.

Hagenmman (4-6) took the loss, yielding four runs, three earned, on five hits and three walks with four strikeouts in five innings of work.

Jamie Westbrook was 2 for 3 with a double to lead Worcester.

Toledo will look to pick up a series victory in the finale against Worcester at 1:05 p.m. Sunday at Polar Park. Neither team has named a starter.
