Sincera adds new care location in Oregon

The Sincera palliative care program has opened an office inside the Toledo Clinic Cancer Center in Oregon.

Sincera practitioners will be available for patient consultations at the 4330 Navarre Ave., Suite 103 location two Thursday afternoons each month, by appointment only. A referral is required before an appointment can be made.

Sincera is a service of Hospice of Northwest Ohio that aims to optimize quality of life for patients with serious illnesses and their families.

Its services are also offered inside the Virginia Clifford Hospice Center in Toledo, the Toledo Clinic Cancer Center in Maumee, the Fulton County Health Center in Wauseon, and the Hospice center in Lambertville.
