A community discussion on conflict and how to resolve it will be held Thursday at the main library in Toledo.

A panel of community leaders, including retired Ohio Supreme Court Justice Judy Lanzinger and U.S. District Judge Jack Zouhary, will facilitate the discussion prompted by Amanda Ripley’s book High Conflict: Why We Get Trapped and How We Get Out .

Ripley is co-founder of Good Conflict, a media and training company that makes “it easier for people to respond to discord without collapsing into contempt.”

The session will be “a thought-provoking discussion on conflict and how we can move beyond it,” according to a release from the library.

The 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. event at 325 N. Michigan St., is free, but registration at events.toledolibrary.org/events is required.
