Bobby Bones thinks he was never swaddled as a baby based on how he was raised and it sounds fun. A new sleep trend on TikTok, known as "adult swaddling," has gained popularity for its claimed benefits of reducing anxiety, improving posture, and promoting restful sleep. The technique involves wrapping oneself tightly in cloth, similar to how babies are swaddled while lying in the fetal position. Advocates say it works by stimulating touch receptors in the skin, which can induce a calming effect.

On the show, Bones sat on the floor to be adult swaddled. Eddie and Lunchbox helped wrap him up in a blanket. He couldn’t move his arms or legs but could roll over.
