Yet blue hairs drive around with their handicap placards hanging proudly like a badge of honor. I got let off a couple years ago when pulled over for having my late grandmothers rosary hanging from my mirror. While pulled over I pointed out three vehicles that passed by with the blue placards, and asked how a rosary was more obstructive to my view than those. He said "Have a nice day" and walked away.
