The Killingly Public School District will hold its first community night on Monday.

The event is free to attend and is open to all ages. It will take place from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Killingly High School, 226 Putnam Pike, Dayville.

"This event offers an excellent opportunity to bring our community together as we embark on the new school year," said Susan Nash-Ditzel, superintendent of Killingly Public Schools. "It also serves as a perfect platform to highlight the many great things within Killingly Public Schools, creating positive momentum for the year ahead."

Guests will be able to purchase a variety of different foods from food trucks at the event. There will also be free games, activities and bounce houses.
