Bay clamming is now open statewide and mussel harvest reopens from Coos Bay north jetty to the California border the Oregon Department of Agriculture and the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife announced today. Fire Season will officially begin on Monday, July 1, 2024, at 1 a.m. This will affect all lands protected by the Oregon Department of Forestry in the Northwest Oregon Forest Protection District.
