    Seymour man faces child abduction chargeA Seymour man is behind bars on a charge of child abduction thanks to the quick thinking of an 11-year-old girl.Hunter Simmons was arraigned Monday and faces over a decade in prison if convicted. Urbana police said the victim was walking home from school when she noticed a white pickup truck following her.During the investigation, the child provided police with her phone because she was recording while she was walking. Police were able to see the vehicle's license plate in the video, which was registered to Simmons. $1.3 million lotto ticket sold in ChicagoA new millionaire was made in Illinois over the weekend.A $1.3 million Lucky Day Lotto ticket was sold at a Shop & Save Market on Chicago’s southwest side.
