Grand opening of Villas at Kennicott in Chehalis set for Thursday, Oct. 24

The owners of T.J. Guyer Property Management, Fred Lofgren and Steve Wohld, will host a grand opening for their newest rental community, the Villas at Kennicott, on Thursday, Oct. 24.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony provided by the Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce will take place at noon, followed by an open house at unit F1 showcasing the units and information on exclusive move-in discounts.

The Villas at Kennicott are located at 120 Kennicott Road in Chehalis.

“These newly constructed luxury townhomes feature spacious three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom layouts with modern finishes, including solid-surface countertops, stainless steel appliances, luxury VP flooring, and in-unit washer/dryer hookups,” the chamber stated in a news release. “Each unit is equipped with economical heating and air conditioning to ensure year-round comfort. Residents will also benefit from the convenience of a one-car garage and two additional parking spaces in front of each unit.”

Phase two of construction includes additional community amenities. The property is expected to include a fitness center, clubhouse, playground, walking trails and a dog park.

“Our tenants are important to us, and it is so exciting to represent and offer such high-quality housing to our community,” Wohld said.

As part of the grand opening, T.J. Guyer is offering half off the first month’s rent for new tenants.
