    Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

    • Sept. 9 — Police service, open door — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Door to business was open for two days.

    • Sept. 9 — Dog bites and attacks — 1600 block of Lakefield Drive, Clemmons. Dog bite to owner.

    • Sept. 9 — Threatening suicide — 6500 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subject threatened to kill himself.

    • Sept. 10 — Vandalism, trespassing — 6200 block of Clementine Drive, Clemmons. Fence was cut at business.

    • Sept. 10 — Rabies exposure — 1900 block of Woodstock Road, Clemmons. Baby raccoon died after being handled.

    • Sept. 10 — Overdose — 6300 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Female overdose in vehicle.

    • Sept. 10 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1100 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Religious symbol written on school bathroom stall.

    • Sept. 10 — FCSO police service, information provided — 800 block of Fountain View Lane, Lewisville. Subject received weird email.

    • Sept. 11 — Dog bites and attacks — 7000 block of Kenbridge Drive, Clemmons. Cat bit owner on the hand.

    • Sept. 11 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6500 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Subject reported neighbor for knocking on door.

    • Sept. 11 — Found property — 100 block of Willow Trace Circle, Clemmons. Located wallet in parking lot of apartment complex.

    • Sept. 11 — Dog bites and attacks — 100 block of Lowes Foods Drive, Lewisville. Cat bite.

    • Sept. 12 — Suspicious vehicle — 6900 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons. Occupied car parked in parking lot overnight.

    • Sept. 12 — Suspicious person — 3400 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspicious person reported on vacant property.

    • Sept. 12 — Impersonation — 1500 block of Kenwalt Drive, Clemmons. Scam caller claiming to be a deputy.

    • Sept. 12 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Assault between residents.

    • Sept. 12 — Drug violation, paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment, FCSO violation of auto law-equipment violation — 600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Passenger of the vehicle possessed marijuana.

    • Sept. 13 — Dog bites and attacks — 4700 block of Midstream Circle, Clemmons. Dog bite.

    • Sept. 13 — FCSO police service, information provided — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Subject wanted to share information with officer.

    • Sept. 13 — Police service, welfare check — 5200 block of Garnet Hill Drive, Clemmons. Woman made Facebook post that worried neighbors.

    • Sept. 13 — Police service, welfare check — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Welfare check of a person sitting in van.

    • Sept. 13 — Found property — 900 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Subject found wallet in road outside of his house.

    • Sept. 14 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 1900 block of Waterford Village Drive, Clemmons. Mailman thought house was being broken into.

    • Sept. 14 — Rabies exposure — 3500 block of Tanglebrook Trail, Clemmons. Rabies investigation.

    • Sept. 14 — Communicating threats-intimidation, non-physical — 3400 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Subject walked up towards victim and made threat.

    • Sept. 14 — FCSO harassment, non-criminal — 6500 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Subject sent harassing voice messages.

    • Sept. 14 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 3900 block of Bingham Circle, Clemmons. Subject(s) broke into cars at this address.

    • Sept. 14 — Trouble with neighbor — 6500 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Neighbor knocked loudly on the walls.

    • Sept. 14 — Driving while impaired, driving while license revoked/suspended, violation of auto law-all other — 6300 block of Jessie Lane/Clemmons Point Drive, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired.

    • Sept. 14 — Lost property — 100 block of Lowes Foods Drive, Lewisville. Subject took victim’s property without permission.

    • Sept. 14 — Suspicious vehicle — 1000 block of Alabnon Road, Lewisville. Suspicious vehicle sitting in area for long period of time.

    • Sept. 15 — Automobile theft — 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Vehicle stolen outside of apartment.

    • Sept. 15 — Automobile theft — 3400 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Vehicle reported stolen from parking lot of apartment complex.

    • Sept. 15 — Police service, assist agency — 6000 block of Claudis Lane/Chamberlain Place, Clemmons. Caller advised she was involved in a hit and run.

    • Sept. 15 — Driving while impaired, FCSO DWI-provisional, violation city/county ordinance-firearm related — 5800 block of Sir Knight Circle, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired.

    • Sept. 15 — FCSO police service, civil dispute — 6500 block of Pegram Farm Road, Lewisville. Subject had civil dispute over her property.
