Celebrating moms and grads

Hello, Coloradoan readers.

Two worlds are colliding this weekend in Fort Collins.

Many will celebrate mothers or mother-like figures Sunday with boozy brunches, last-minute store trips to buy flowers or perhaps a quiet day at home (where hopefully naps are involved).

Many others will be in Fort Collins to honor the more than 5,600 Colorado State graduates in spring commencement ceremonies and associated festivities.

So the main takeaway here is, Fort Collins restaurants will be BUSY. If you haven’t made a plan or a reservation for whatever you’re doing, now’s probably the time to do so.
