A crash that left at least one vehicle overturned at the Interstate 70 and Interstate 71 interchange in Columbus shut down all lanes of eastbound traffic on a portion of I-70 Thursday morning.

A Columbus police dispatcher said they received a call about 9:10 a.m. about a vehicle on its side on a ramp at the interchange. EMS took a child to Nationwide Children's Hospital with injuries that were not considered life threatening, the dispatcher said.

The Ohio Department of Transportation's live traffic map showed significant slowdowns on eastbound Interstate 71 approaching and directly after the site of the collision. By 11 a.m., lanes reopened and normal traffic resumed.

The rollover crash is the second to stop Columbus traffic in two days. One person suffered critical injuries after a vehicle overturned Wednesday morning at the State Route 161 westbound to Interstate 270 southbound interchange.
