Who is the best high school football player in central Ohio entering the 2024 OHSAA season ? The Dispatch revealed its top 12 players – the "Dandy Dozen" – and now it's your turn to vote.

• Preston Bowman, Pickerington North: Senior WR had 713 yards, 9 TDs receiving last year; Kentucky commit; also punts for North
• Taizaun Burns, Gahanna Lincoln: Senior WR/DB had 4,329 all-purpose yards the past three seasons at East; had 74 tackles, 7 INTs
• Denim Cook, Hartley: Senior LB had 116 tackles, 22 tackles for loss, 15 sacks, 17 quarterback hurries last fall; Pittsburgh commit
• Jake Cook, Westerville North: Senior OL committed to Ohio State this summer; Rivals’ No. 8 prospect statewide
• Blake Elliott, East Knox: Senior LB/RB made 134 tackles, gained more than 1,400 yards last fall; Division VI district Defensive Player of the Year
• Dawayne Galloway Jr., Marion-Franklin: Senior CB had 5 INTs last year, returning 1 for TD; 247Sports’ No. 8 prospect statewide; Purdue commit
• Kaden Gebhardt, Olentangy: Junior safety had 129 tackles, 3 INTs, 2 forced fumbles, 1 sack last season
• Dezmond Porter, Harvest Prep: Junior LB/RB/QB made 65 tackles last year, including 10 for loss in postseason; rushed for 1,221 yards, 13 TDs
• Kentrell Rinehart, Westland: Senior RB rushed for 2,837 yards, 42 TDs last year at Ready; Division IV district Offensive Player of the Year; North Carolina State commit
• Cal Thrush, Upper Arlington: Senior DE had 55 tackles, 10 tackles for loss, 4 sacks, 1 fumble recovery last fall after missing first six games; Michigan State commit
• Brennen Ward, Gahanna Lincoln: Senior QB passed for 4,449 yards, 43 TDs the past two seasons; Kentucky commit
• Jackson Wiley, Olentangy: Senior WR caught 75 passes for 1,152 yards and 15 TDs last season
