Actor Miles Teller to promote 'The Long Drink' at The Library Bar in Columbus

Miles Teller, a star of "Top Gun: Maverick" and a forthcoming biopic about Michael Jackson , will be serving as a celebrity bartender tonight at The Library Bar , 2169 N. High St. in the University District.

The actor will be promoting " The Long Drink ," a Finnish canned cocktail brand that's trying to gain a foothold in the U.S. market. Teller is an investor, along with Norwegian DJ Kygo and American professional golfer Rickie Fowler.

Teller invested after trying it near his home in New York. The actor introduced it to Kygo, who introduced it to Fowler. Teller will be at The Library Bar at 7:30 p.m., although doors are open now.

A long drink, also known in Finland as a lonkero , is made with gin and citrus soda. The Long Drink's canned cocktails come with that original flavor, a zero-sugar version and a stronger alcohol version (8.5% ABV vs. 5% ABV for the others).

It also comes in peach and cranberry flavors.
