Vote for the Memphis area's girls athlete of the week for August 18-24.

Voting closes Thursday at 10 a.m.

Madelynn Wen, Arlington: Wen had 17 aces and 12 assists in a 25-8, 25-3, 25-5 victory over Cordova.

Zoey Blaszczyk, Collierville: Blaszczyk won medalist honors (37) for the Dragons (89) in a victory over Arlington (90) at Lakeland Golf Club.

Tess Terpstra, Lakeland Prep: Terpstra had 15 kills and 16 digs in a 3-1 victory over Brighton.

Bebe Stokes, Lausanne: Stokes had 12 kills, 14 digs, 10 blocks and eight aces in a victory over over St. Benedict. She also had 15 digs, 10 blocks and six kills in a loss to Houston.

Claire Smith, Lewisburg: Smith had 21 assists in a win over Southaven. She also had 31 assists and 12 digs on Thursday in a loss to Collierville.

Quinn Thurman, Northpoint: Thurman had 10 kills and nine digs in a victory over St. Benedict, 13 kills and 13 digs in a victory over Regents and 21 kills and 10 digs in a win over Arlington.

Sarah Hooten, St. Agnes: Hooten won medalist honors (34) for the Stars (73) in a victory over St. George’s (80), Hutchison (81) and Northpoint (86) at The Links at Pine Hill.

Hana Barber, St. Mary’s: Barber earned medalist honors (38) for the Turkeys (84) in a match against ECS (80) and Westminster Academy (104) at Olive Branch Country Club.

Caroline Turner, Tipton-Rosemark Academy: Turner had 19 digs and six kills in a 16-25, 25-22, 25-20, 25-23 victory over Jackson Christian.

Lauren Bostic, Westminster Academy: Bostic scored three goals in a 10-1 victory over Fayette Academy.
