Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown was downgraded from questionable to out for the team's home opener against the Atlanta Falcons on Monday. Brown, 27, popped up on the injury report Friday with a hamstring issue. He was listed as a limited participant for Friday and Saturday's practices before being ruled out on Sunday afternoon. Brown had five catches for 119 yards and a touchdown in Philadelphia's 34-29 victory over the Green Bay Packers on Sept. 6 in Sao Paulo, Brazil. A three-time Pro Bowl selection, Brown has 384 receptions for 6,066 yards and 43 touchdowns in 78 career games (70 starts) with the Tennessee Titans (2019-21) and Eagles. DeVonta Smith and newcomer Jahan Dotson should see a larger workload with Brown out versus the Falcons (0-1). --Field Level Media
