There's still one game left in the Houma- and Thibodaux-area before school's out for the summer and high school sports end for the 2023-24 school year.

The Bayou Region Baseball All-Star Game will finish the 2024 baseball season this Saturday with many of the top players in the area taking the field in Houma.

Here's everything you need to know:

    When and where is it?

The game is set to be held this Saturday at 5:30 p.m., and the full, seven-inning contest will be played at the Southland Field in Houma. Fans should arrive ahead of time, though, as players and coaches will be honored for their achievements before the first pitch.

    What are the teams?

The teams are split into Terrebonne Parish schools and Lafourche Parish schools.

    Who's playing?

30 of the top high school players in the area will represent nine schools. You can check the full rosters by clicking here.

    What else should I know?

The weather isn't looking great for Saturday, with a 43% chance of rain. However, the field has lights, so the game can be played into the night if necessary. Aside from the threat of rain, Saturday will have warm but comfortable temperatures, with a high of 84° and a low of 73°.
