John Schuepbach seeks return as Marshall Village President
Former Marshall Village Board President John Schuepbach has announced his candidacy to fill the position once again in the upcoming spring election. If successful, the return would mark the end of a three-year hiatus from village leadership after he declined seeking reelection in 2021. The Cardinals got the 2024 Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA) state tournament off to a solid start on Saturday, Feb. 10 at Waterloo High School. Coach Gabe Haberkorn earns 100th career victory
What a week it was for the Waterloo girls basketball program. The Pirates kicked things off with a 53-42 road win over rival Marshall on Tuesday, Feb. 6. The victory completed Waterloo’s sweep of the Cardinals in the regular season for the first time since 2006-07.
